It’s official – C10 is one of worst bus routes
Official Transport for London figures obtained by local London Assembly Member Valerie Shawcross AM have revealed that route C10 – from Canada Water to Victoria, features highly on TfL’s league tables of poor reliability and high complaint numbers.
Since the beginning of this financial year, the C10 has received the second highest number of passenger complaints about poor performance and overcrowding. The same route is also London’s tenth worst performing in terms of reliability in relation to scheduled timetables.
Val Shawcross AM said ‘The C10 is a key route for the area it serves particularly the Rotherhithe area, and it’s not good enough that we are putting up with a service that performs so badly. I’ve recently met with the new operators for the C10 who tell me that they will be working to resolve difficulties on the route and make it more reliable.’
She added ‘I’d be interested to hear passengers views on how these improvements take effect over the next few months – please get in touch and let me know.’
